The Ventimiglia Law Firm, founded in 2011 by Avv. Fabrizio Ventimiglia, with its main office in Milan, and additional offices and desks in Rome and London, offers its clients (natural and legal persons) legal assistance and advice in judicial and extrajudicial fields, in different areas of law, with a particular specialization on corporate criminal law. Born with a purely criminal vocation, with a focus on criminal law of the economy and corporate criminal law, the firm in recent years, thanks also to the multidisciplinary and transversal skills gained by its professionals as well as to a wide network of external consultants, has managed to impose itself also in additional areas of activity related to law and business management. Today it is able to offer its Italian and international clients qualified legal assistance and consulting services spanning different branches of law and corporate compliance. The firm is divided into Departments that work in synergy with each other in the different areas of activity, using its own esteemed professionals as well as highly qualified external consultants. From the experience gained in the field of assistance provided to structured Clients, the need also arose to set up special working teams composed of the professionals of the various Departments and external consultants, so as to structure the required service as best as possible and according to the individual needs of each client.

The pro bono activity
The Ventimiglia Law Firm and all its professionals have always been attentive to the issues of the social function of Law and Lawyering, and consequently they enthusiastically welcome every opportunity to devote part of their work and time to ensure legal assistance to those in disadvantaged conditions. The Firm’s professionals, in the wake of a practice now widespread internationally that is finally taking fruitful root in our country as well, put their experience at the service of associations, organizations, foundations and institutions that pursue and promote the protection of human rights and the improvement of the public good.
Charity
The Firm is always attentive to the needs and requirements of the less fortunate and is in the forefront of promoting charitable and social solidarity activities. Starting in 2017, the Firm organizes the “A Game for Research” event, a charity tennis tournament that takes place over a weekend of matches, inaugurated by a gala dinner attended by dignitaries and guests from the world of sports and entertainment. The event, under the banner of solidarity and friendship, aimed to promote fundraising in favor of pediatric oncology through support for the Associazione Il Sogno di Ale Onlus (www.ilsognodiale.it). Thanks to the support of all participants, sponsors and all those who support this initiative, “A Game for Research” has made it possible to raise about 100,000.00 euros in just three editions.
Parallel to this activity-and pro bono-the Firm’s professionals offer their support to a number of non-profit organizations, such as CasAmica Onlus (www.casamica.it), AlatHa Onlus (www.alatha.org), and Floriani Foundation (www.fondazionefloriani.eu), with the aim of increasing awareness of people’s willingness to make their time and resources available to others.
The Centro Studi Borgogna
In 2017, Lawyer Fabrizio Ventimiglia created the Borgogna Study Center, an activity that complements that of the law firm, but from a multidisciplinary perspective. Centro Studi Borgogna is a Cultural Promotion Association, a legal and ideas laboratory that operates with the aim of spreading the culture of law and legality, through the promotion of legal knowledge, integrated with the study of economics, sociology and any other related subject. It also pursues the goal of promoting friendship, culture, solidarity and ethics in the Milanese and national territory.
The Centro Studi aims to foster the study of law from an interdisciplinary perspective by providing a space for common discussion among exponents of different areas: magistrates, lawyers, public administration, entrepreneurs and representatives of civil society.
- In order to pursue these objectives, the Center for Burgundy Studies: organizes conferences, conventions and educational moments of various kinds that find, each year, a moment of synthesis in the Multidisciplinary Workshop of Law;
- Creates collaborative relationships and synergy with Schools, Universities, Research Institutes and other entities with scientific purposes;
- promotes educational and research activities through the publication of in-depth studies on applied law topics and the establishment of graduate awards;
- organizes charity events.
