Lawyer Davide Zaninetta

Davide graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2015 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2018. He joined the firm dealing mainly with commercial criminal law and bankruptcy crimes. Davide has also gained experience in several Supervisory Boards of Italian and multinational companies, first with technical secretarial positions and then also participating in the SBs. He has also been performing for quite some time extrajudicial assistance activities in the field of Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as consulting activities in the field of Privacy-European Reg. 2016/679 “GDPR Privacy”. He writes contributions (regulatory update articles and judgment notes) for Norme & Tributi Plus Diritto, Legal Portal of Il Sole 24 Ore.
