Lawyer Marco Giannone

Marco graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2013 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2016. As part of his professional experience, Marco has worked mainly on White Collar Crimes focusing on corporate criminal law, tax criminal law, banking criminal law, environmental criminal law and construction criminal law. Marco is co-head of the Criminal Department, together with the Founder of the Firm, and in recent years he has, as well, gained extensive experience in the area of administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001, both in and out of court, dealing with the preparation of Organization, Management and Control Models as well as their application as a member of Supervisory Boards of leading Italian and multinational Companies.
